The Animal Welfare Society has not been advised regarding the status the custody of the seized animals nor of the lawsuit that the Frascas have filed. They are due in Biddeford District Court tomorrow at 1pm to answer the charges brought against them at the arraignment. If custody is awarded to the state it will be several weeks before the dogs and pups are spayed and neutered and are fully treated for any medical problems. People are urged to watch the website for available dogs. There will be a fundraiser to benefit the Buxton puppy mill dogs this Saturday, November 17th at the Holiday in by the Bay in Portland.
