"Reigning Cats and Dogs" Feeds Deluge of Dogs
Since day one of the Buxton puppy mill seizure, local business, Reigning Cats and Dogs didnŐt miss a beat. Immediately after hearing about these desperate doggies, co-owner, Jason Perkins knew he had to do something to help and, since then, has rallied up over 3000 pounds of dog food and hundreds of rubber toys for BuxtonŐs seized dogs and pups! Jason and his wife, Paula, have been long time supporters of The Animal Welfare Society and without their support early on, feeding this unexpected onslaught would have been impossible. This amount of food will continue to feed the Buxton bunch for quite some time. Reigning Cats and DogsŐ efforts on behalf of this shelter and their support of the society through this challenging and difficult time arouses a gratitude that cannot be expressed.
